Research use only

All materials offered on this site are sold as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use only.

They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

Who may purchase

Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older and must hold a registered account on this site.

By ordering you confirm that you are qualified and equipped to handle research chemicals safely, and that the materials will be used only for lawful research purposes.

Handling and storage

Materials should be handled by trained personnel using appropriate protective equipment, and stored as indicated on the vial label.

Purchasers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws governing the possession, handling, use and disposal of these materials.

Resale and redistribution

Materials may not be resold, relabelled or redistributed for human consumption under any circumstance.

Valkyrie Research LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where research use cannot be reasonably established.

How we verify and record eligibility

Access to the catalog requires a registered account with a verified email address and a recorded date of birth. Accounts recording an age under 21 cannot be created and cannot view or order any material.

At checkout every purchaser must separately confirm their age, state the research purpose of the order, confirm they are a qualified researcher, and accept the Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy and shipping and claims terms. Each confirmation is stored with the order record as part of our compliance file.

Product information, pricing and availability are not published publicly. They are shown only to signed-in, eligible account holders.

No claims and marketing standards

We do not publish, and do not permit, any medical, therapeutic, anti-aging, performance, dosing or human-use claims about our materials. We do not publish customer testimonials, results, or before-and-after content of any kind.

Product listings are limited to identity, quantity, purity, handling and analytical information. Any claim made by a third party about our materials is unauthorised and does not reflect a statement by Valkyrie Research LLC.

Lot traceability and certificates of analysis

Each material is received and tracked by lot number, with received and expiry dates recorded. Certificates of analysis are linked to the corresponding lot and are made available to signed-in account holders on the product page and on our certificates page.

Certificates describe identity and purity as tested by an independent laboratory. They are provided for research and identification purposes only and are not a statement of fitness for any human, veterinary, clinical or diagnostic use.

Prohibited uses, shipping and refusal of service

We ship only within the United States and its territories, by FedEx, to a business or research address supplied by the purchaser. We do not ship internationally and will not knowingly ship to any purchaser or destination prohibited by law.

Orders may be refused, cancelled or reported where the stated purpose, the quantity requested, the destination or the purchaser's conduct suggests use for human consumption, resale, or any unlawful purpose. Purchasers are responsible for all import, licensing and permit requirements applicable to their own jurisdiction.
