Ordering

By placing an order with Valkyrie Research LLC, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

You confirm you are 21 or older and are ordering for laboratory research purposes only.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped exclusively via FedEx. Delivery times vary by location and the service selected; standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing.

Valkyrie Research LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout and for all address-correction, redelivery, return and reshipment charges. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Claims Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us in writing within FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS of the delivery time recorded by FedEx, with your order number and photographs of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Claims made after 48 hours from the recorded delivery time are waived and will not be investigated, credited, replaced or refunded.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error. Refunds and order cancellations may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10%.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. You agree to pay the total amount for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Acceptable use and indemnity

The purchaser accepts full and sole responsibility for everything that follows the sale: the accuracy of the information they submit, compliance with every law, licence, permit and institutional requirement applicable at their destination, and the receipt, inspection, storage, handling, transport, use, transfer and disposal of the materials.

You agree not to use, resell or distribute any material for human or animal consumption or for any unlawful purpose, and not to make any medical, therapeutic or human-use claim about it.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Valkyrie Research LLC and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, fine, penalty, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your order, the address you provided, your handling, use or misuse of the materials, or your breach of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valkyrie Research LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Valkyrie Research LLC assumes no liability for any misuse of products purchased from our site.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
